# Event participants

The participants page lists everyone registered for your event, their registration status, and their classes. You can add boxers from clubs you manage with **Add boxer**, or register boxers not in the system with **Add unlisted boxers**. Some competitions require all boxers to be registered in the system, so **Add unlisted boxers** may not be available for your event.

## Add unlisted boxers

1. Click **Add unlisted boxers**.
2. Enter the boxer's name, club or association, and class.
3. Save the boxer.

## Weigh-ins

1. Click the **Weigh-in** button in the top right corner.
2. Select which weigh-in session you are running.
3. Each boxer now shows a weigh-in button, or their weight if they have already weighed in.
4. Click a boxer's weigh-in button and enter their weight. Weighing in on a day when that weigh-in is not scheduled shows a warning; you can still proceed.

### Weigh-in session types

You can create two types of sessions in event settings:

- **Weigh-in**: boxers must provide their weight. Use this for the traditional weight measurement.
- **Check-in**: boxers only confirm their presence. No weight is measured.

Check-in sessions suit pre-event registration verification, medical checks, and administrative confirmations before the actual weigh-in. For check-in sessions, the participant interface shows **Check in** instead of a weight field, and completed check-ins show a checkmark (✓) instead of a weight.
