Supervisor#
The supervisor page runs the matches using the scoring machine. Open it from the matchlist of each timeslot and ring.
Select the number of judges#
Before the match starts, click Select judges and choose the number of judges.
Connect the judges#
- Click the Connect icon next to each judge position.
- Scan the QR code with the judge’s phone or a dedicated device.
This gives the device permission to score in that judge position for the entire timeslot in that ring. Once connected, the icon turns green.
Update the match round time#
Click the time shown above the clock to change the round time and number of rounds, then enter the new values.
Assign judges and referees#
Click TBD or the judge name under a judge position to assign a judge to it. Click No referee assigned or the referee name to assign a referee. Both open a dialog where you pick from the event officials.
Start the match#
Click Start match. The clock starts and the match goes live. The round clock ticks down on every device connected to the match.
End the round and score#
The round does not end automatically. When the round is over, click End round. This starts the break timer and prompts the judges to enter their scores.
You cannot end another round until all judges have entered their scores.
If a judge has connection issues, they hand a paper scorecard to the supervisor. Enter those scores manually:
- Click the square for that judge and round.
- Enter the scores in the dialog.
Add warnings and counts#
Click Add warning or Add count to record one for a boxer. Select the boxer and the type in the dialog. A warning updates the score automatically.
End the match prematurely#
If a match must end early, click End match. You either select a winner or draw, or the judges are prompted to enter scores, depending on the match type and decision chosen.
Mark as complete#
Click Mark as complete once the match is over. The decision is now final; changing the match requires resetting it first.
Announce the winner#
Click Announce and next to make the scores public and move to the next match. If it is a tournament match, the winner moves to the next round.
Reset a round#
Click Reset round to reset the current round and remove all scores and warnings for it. Resetting is only possible before all scores are entered.
Reset the match#
Click Reset match if the match was started by mistake. This resets the match and removes all scores and warnings.
